Tier 1 Kinetics maintains a company Code of Business Ethics Policy and is committed to conducting its business fairly, impartially and in an ethical manner. These Tier 1 values require that all employees adhere to a high ethical standard as established in the Policy. Tier 1 Kinetics also requires its business partners to employ their own Code of Business Ethics and to conduct its business fairly, impartially and in an ethical and proper manner. Tier 1 employees and business partners are encouraged to notify Tier 1 Kinetics if they have reason to believe that any Tier 1 Kinetics employee has acted contrary to Policy.
