Limited Lifetime Warranty
Limited Warranty for Tier 1 Kinetics, LLC
Tier 1 Kinetics, LLC (“Tier 1 Kinetics”) provides this Limited Warranty to the original retail purchaser (“Purchaser”) of its firearms and related products, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. This warranty is expressly limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service and does not extend to any other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Coverage Period
This Limited Warranty applies for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase for all Tier 1 Kinetics products, unless otherwise specified in the product documentation.
For certain premium models, a limited lifetime warranty may apply to the original Purchaser only, covering defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal use, provided the product remains in the possession of the original Purchaser and has not been transferred, sold, or gifted.
What Is Covered
Tier 1 Kinetics warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. If a defect is confirmed by Tier 1 Kinetics or an authorized service center, Tier 1 Kinetics will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts,
- Replace the product with a comparable model, or
- Refund the original purchase price (less any applicable fees or depreciation).
All repairs or replacements shall be performed in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws, including any requirements under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and ATF regulations.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic blemishes, scratches, finish wear, or discoloration.
- Damage caused by ammunition, cleaning agents, environmental exposure, or improper maintenance.
- Products that have been altered, serialized improperly, or used in violation of law.
- Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage, or personal injury.
- Claims arising after the warranty period or from secondary purchasers.
- Firearms subjected to excessive firing (beyond manufacturer-recommended limits) or used in competitive events without express prior approval.
Warranty Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the Purchaser must contact Tier 1 Kinetics customer service within the warranty period, providing:
- Proof of purchase (e.g., original receipt or invoice)
- Product serial number
- A detailed description of the defect
- Photographs or video evidence, if applicable
All firearms warranty claims must be processed through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Shipping and transfer costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser unless otherwise determined by Tier 1 Kinetics.
Tier 1 Kinetics reserves the right to inspect any product at its facilities or through an authorized representative. If the claim is approved, Tier 1 Kinetics will cover return shipping for repaired or replaced items. If denied, the product will be returned at the Purchaser’s expense.

Lifetime Commitment
In addition to the above Limited Warranty, Tier 1 Kinetics, LLC offers a Lifetime Commitment supporting responsible firearm ownership.
If a Tier 1 Kinetics firearm is utilized in the lawful defense of self or a loved one and is subsequently confiscated by law enforcement as evidence or otherwise retained, Tier 1 Kinetics will, upon verification, replace the firearm with an equivalent model at no cost to the original Purchaser.
This commitment applies only when:
- The incident is confirmed lawful under applicable federal, state, and local laws, and
- The Purchaser submits a claim within one (1) year of the incident, including:
- Original proof of purchase
- The firearm’s serial number
- Police reports, court documents, or other relevant legal records
Replacements will comply with all ATF regulations and be facilitated through a licensed FFL dealer. The Purchaser is responsible for any transfer fees.
This Lifetime Commitment is non-transferable, does not apply to accessories or modified products, and is offered as a voluntary service promoting safety, responsibility, and reliability in critical situations.
Limitations and Disclaimers
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser. Tier 1 Kinetics shall not be liable for any breach of warranty if the product has been used contrary to provided instructions, safety guidelines, or standard firearms-handling practices.
In no event shall Tier 1 Kinetics’ liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.
This warranty provides the Purchaser with specific legal rights; additional rights may vary by jurisdiction. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of consequential damages; therefore, some limitations above may not apply.

This warranty is administered in accordance with principles under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301 et seq.) and applicable provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code governing express and implied warranties.
Waiver of Liability
BY PURCHASING, POSSESSING, OR USING ANY PRODUCT FROM TIER 1 KINETICS, LLC, THE USER EXPRESSLY WAIVES AND RELEASES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO SUE OR ASSERT CLAIMS NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER KNOWN AGAINST TIER 1 KINETICS, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE, MISUSE, STORAGE, OR HANDLING OF ITS PRODUCTS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
THIS WAIVER INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS BASED ON NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND SHALL SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OF ANY TRANSACTION OR WARRANTY PERIOD. THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT FIREARMS ARE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS INSTRUMENTS AND AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR USE, CONSISTENT WITH APPLICABLE PROVISIONS OF THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE AND STATE CONSUMER-PROTECTION AND TORT LAWS.
